Some truck slid out of its parking spot and put a little bump in the back of my parked car, but they left their info and everything like a benevolent person should. Hm.. I think I'm happy that it was just that and nothing awful. I'm not even gonna pursue it. Cars just sit there like some trophy spouse and eat up all my money and then cause me so much grief. I kinda wish that it weren't so convenient to have them the other 90% of the time!!

Ok so the rainy rainess of eternity is actually seattle setting a record for itself as being even rainier than it's known to be. So hooray! I think? Maybe the rain and ice and snow really is a fluke.

YUCK my food blows. I can't cook fried tofu. Somehow it manages to explode boiling oil everywhere, probably short of catching on fire. Everytime I add a new ingredient, it's a new culinary disaster...

Today class was cancelled because of snow!! Now, mind you, it didn't actually snow today, but it did rain down gigantic balls of ice (similar to Dip'n'Dots!) yesterday. There was some ice on the ground and cars were burning rubber trying to get across intersections (kinda silly). I only found out when I got to class. Doh. Even the receptionist didn't show today. I think there's no concept of immediately salting the ground when ice/snow falls here, unlike in other states, otherwise this weather was nothing. It's funny that we've never once had a snow day at uiuc when there actually was ice on the streets. :D:D

And also! I wish software bugs were called software bunnies instead. Isn't that so much nicer? Aww look at those horrible bunnies multiply in my code!? BUNNYBASH!

Yay i got 1 gig of ram on my laptop now. I'm pleased to inform you all that Sid meiers CivIV & Pirates! works wonderfully on Vista & Dell Inspiron 9200. Waht? No, that's not the only thing I use my work laptop for. Hush.
